HSE Officers are busy during construction phase of projects. They are well-educated specialists for occupational health and safety who have sound experience in business structures and documentation. Additionally they have practical construction site experience and skills in office communication.

- Creation of meeting minutes (Site/Project Management Meetings)
- Creation and update of reportings (accident statistics, near misses)
- Communication support (arrangement of appointments, client contact per phone/in written)
- Coordination of execution of works (permit to work system)
- Data entry and data update protocols
- Telephone service
- Correspondence
- Filing
