    HSE Supervisor

    HSE Supervisors are employed during construction phase of projects. As occupational health and safety specialists they have experience in large-scale projects, sound education regarding construction business and are socially competent.

    The tasks

    • Monitoring of employees and subcontractors
    • Reporting tot he HSE Manager
    • Cooperation with and support of the HSE Management
    • Monitoring of compliance with concepts, rules and regulations regarding occupational safety, health and environmental protection
    • Supervision of critical works
    • Site inspections
    • Coordination of documentation regarding occupational safety (hazard and risk analysis‘, job instructions, etc.)
    • Conduction of toolbox talks
