The protection of personal data is very important to us and we want you to feel safe when visiting our website.
We process personal data collected during visits to our website in accordance with the statutory provisions, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG new 2018). In doing so, we take into account the purpose and necessity of data collection. As part of the design of our IT architecture, we carry out a data protection impact assessment within the meaning of Art. 35 para. 2 lit. b) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 9 GDPR (processing of special categories of personal data such as labour and social law data, religious or trade union membership) and take all necessary it-technical precautions to ensure the authenticity and security of the data.
Collection and storage of personal data when visiting the website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your terminal device automatically sends information to the server of our website located at our provider (server log files), over which we have no control. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until the automatic deletion:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
- the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer
- Name of your access provider.
The mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

The legal basis für data processing is Art. 6 par. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection.
Use and disclosure of personal data
Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily. We collect, process and use personal data, such as the name, address or e-mail addresses of visitors to the website, without further permission only insofar as they are required for the preparation and processing of the contract.
We will share your personal data with third parties only if:

- this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 s. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Contract data processing
Personal data will only be processed by third parties (e.g. service providers of our website or our newsletter or our cloud) in so far as a GDPR-compliant contractual relationship exists with them and the processing is required for contract fulfilment, due to the permission of the data subject or due to legal regulations. Our contractors can be divided into the following categories:

We process applicant data in accordance with Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA).
Cookies and pixels
Cookies are small identifiers that a server stores on the terminal device used for accessing our website or services. They contain information that can be called up when accessing our services and thus enable a more efficient and better use of our offers.

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send an informal message by e-mail.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Right of data transferability
You have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that has been provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another person responsible without our interference, provided that the processing is based on the consent provided for in Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and that the processing is carried out using automated procedures, provided that the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority which was transferred to the responsible person.
Furthermore, when exercising your right to data transferability pursuant to Art. 20 par. 1 GDPR, you have the right to obtain that the personal data be transferred directly from one responsible person to another responsible person, insofar as this is technically feasible and provided that the rights and freedoms of other persons are not affected by this.
Information about the usage of social networks
As far as we offer links to external social networks on our website, these are marked e.g. as logos. If these links are followed by a click, plugins are usually activated and your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. We do not include on our homepage any buttons of social networks, which transmit unnoticed data of users of the homepage to the network operators.
If you follow these links and register there, the information that you were on our website will be forwarded to the respective social network. As a rule, the social network operator can assign a visit to our website to your account and store it on web servers outside Europe. We have no influence on the scope of data collection, the processing of your personal data by the Social Networks and your rights in Social Networks.
SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. Website Analysis Tools
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider of this service and other services explained below is: Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This will cause your IP address to be shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for that has been forwarded to this page.
